Rhonda Sutton-Forston, PT

Rhonda is co-owner of R&T Physical Therapy, LLC.

She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Findlay (2008), as well as a Master of Science in Health Service Administration (2002), a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine (1999), and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy (1999) from the University of Evansville. She is certified in Integrative Dry Needling, Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction, and is a Certified Lymphedema Manual Therapist, as well as being trained in vestibular conditions, cardiac rehab, sports medicine, pediatrics, and wound care.   Rhonda was honored to complete her Sports Medicine training at Vanderbilt University and acute medicine at Deaconess Hospital.  She trained with wound management and diabetic foot care at both Deaconoess Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital.  She worked in long term care for nine years, home health for four years,  and outpatient for twelve years over an eighteen year period.  Prior to dedicating her life to therapy, Rhonda was a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator and Certified Phlebotomist at GFI/ Covance Research Center working with Phase I through Phase IV pharmaceuticals, thus fostering her love for research.

  Tami Payne, PTA

Tami is co-owner of R&T Physical Therapy, LLC.

She holds an Associates of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from the University of Kentucky(2004), as well as a Bachelors of Science degree in Veterinary Medicine from Murray State University(2000). She is a licensed Physical Therapist Assisant with 16 years of experience in Outpatient, Skilled Nursing, and Home Health therapies.  Tami is certified in Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction.

Audrey Taylor, PTA

Audrey is a liscensed Physcial Therapist Assistant. She graduated from Kaskaskia College in 2009 with an Associates of Applied Science degree. She has 11 years of experience in Outpatient, Skilled Nursing, and Home Health therapies.  Audrey is certified in Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction.

Kassi Seals, PTA

Kassi is a liscensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She graduated from Kaskaskia College in 2009 with an Associates of Applied Science degree. She has 11 years of experience in Outpatient, Skilled Nursing, Inpatient, and Home Health therapies.  Kassi is certified in Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction.

Brianne Douthitt, PTA

Brianne is a liscensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She graduated from University of Evansville in 2012 with an Associates of Applied Science degree. She has 8 years of experience in both Outpatient and Skilled Nursing therapies.
